We can only direct bill Premera/Lifewise insurance for sessions. For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network providers. If you plan to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling a consultation.
